NISHE
A no-code builder delivering 127% higher revenue and 59% higher AOV

I worked with Nishe for over two years as their lead product designer, owning all UX efforts and working directly with the CEO and CTO. Nishe builds high-converting landing pages for e-commerce brands running Meta and TikTok ads. The no-code builder started because of a problem I saw firsthand: every new landing page required engineering time, and the process of communicating what the client wanted was broken.
Nishe is a better company because of Andrija, Antonio, and the Sharc team. Sharc has not only been a fantastic partner but is a true thought leader in the space that has informed our design and UX principles for over two years. Best part - they are incredible humans who are honest, hardworking, and can keep an open dialogue.

PROBLEM AREA
Trapped in Zoom calls
During a client call, I saw firsthand how broken the workflow was: I had to teach the client to navigate Figma so they could tell developers what they wanted. Every landing page was a cycle of Zoom calls, screenshots, and miscommunication. Pages were being built from scratch each time, even though most used similar patterns. The process was slow, inconsistent, and couldn't scale.
DESIGN DECISION
Designing the shopping experience
Users were landing on pages with no clear shopping journey. The experience was confusing and fragmented. I needed to design a landing page structure that actually converted.
I spent several weeks iterating on the Shop Block, the core component where users browse and buy. The key decisions: a dark overlay on video backgrounds to guarantee text contrast, sticky add-to-cart that follows users as they scroll, and a floating cart button so they can keep browsing without losing their place. Each choice came from testing what kept users moving toward checkout.
DESIGN DECISION
Standardized blocks
Every landing page was being built from scratch. I audited hundreds of existing pages and found most could be built from fewer than 20 reusable blocks. I categorized them (product details, FAQs, testimonials, etc.) so clients see a few clear options per category instead of unlimited customization. This reduced decision fatigue for clients and cut development time significantly.
In Figma, I built the system using variants so stakeholders could preview options from a dropdown without navigating a massive file.

DESIGN DECISION
From Figma to no-code builder
Developers were building pages in third-party tools disconnected from Shopify. I designed an admin tool that connects directly to their product catalog, letting teams manage inventory, pricing, and promotions in one place.
1
Simplified table
Designed a table that presents products in a simplified view, avoiding information overload. Signal dots indicate changes to products, giving users immediate feedback and allowing them to efficiently track updates
2
Temporary price adjustment
Designed a feature that allows users to set temporary prices, such as for Black Friday promotions, and automatically revert to the original price afterward.
No-Code Landing Page Builder
The tool started as an HTML editor, giving developers full control. Then it evolved into a no-code builder that hides the complexity and lets non-technical users assemble pages in a few clicks. This went from "designers needed for every page" to "anyone can ship a landing page".
Dark mode implementation
Adapted the color palette for dark mode, maintaining visual clarity and usability across the admin tool.
